First, it is useful to clarify that shipping antiques, modern antiques, and art objects or furniture requires a series of slow and delicate operations. That is why, in some cases, delivery may not be timely.
The costs required to ship the goods are calculated on the actual size of the items and their destination.
We use the leading couriers in the market.
Delivery-unless otherwise agreed upon-is intended outside the home, truckside.
The carrier will arrange delivery by phone directly with the customer.
Our shipments always include packing, which is done in every case.
Shipments are made only upon registration of payment (in the case of bank transfer it takes four to five working days).
The time it takes for a payment to be credited is not attributable to a delay in shipment.
Having made the payment transactions for the product itself and for the ancillary services, if provided and agreed upon, we undertake to deliver the packed product to the carrier as expeditiously as possible.
We do our best to ensure that products arrive in the best condition, and every shipment will be insured.
In case of damage caused by the carrier, please contact us with confidence: we will take action to get you compensation according to the relevant laws in force.
If, upon unloading the goods at the shipping address, you notice any damage to the packaging, we recommend that - in the presence of the carrier - you take photos of the packaging before proceeding to open it to see if the products inside have also been damaged.
In case of damage to the products but not to the packaging, to better assess the extent of damage, photographs should be taken of both the packaging and the goods, and send these images to us.
If a damaged item is delivered, the customer must necessarily sign the waybill exhibited by the courier with reservation. Otherwise, no claim for damages can be made.
It is within the full right of the buyer to inspect the goods before collection.
In addition, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur during transportation.
We ask the customer to provide a delivery address where someone is always present (also place of work, neighbor, etc.), and a phone number that can always be reached.
In case of non-delivery, the courier may contact you or leave a passing note with instructions to follow.

Even in the case of a purchase by an Italian customer but with a request for shipment abroad, it is necessary to contact our customer service to define the total cost of the purchase (product cost added to shipping to abroad).
